Jaime’s Pizza Kitchen is a family-owned and operated scratch kitchen in Downtown Tucson, just steps from the historic Rialto Theatre. We serve pizza, wings, & salads (don't forget the garlic grana knots!) — all made with high-quality, minimally processed ingredients. Our dough is cold-fermented over several days for better flavor and easier digestion. We make our sauces, dressings, and house meats (like our meatballs, sausage, and chicken sausage) from scratch.
