Jaime’s Pizza Kitchen is a family-owned and operated scratch kitchen in Downtown Tucson, just steps from the historic Rialto Theatre. We serve pizza, wings, & salads (don't forget the garlic grana knots!) — all made with high-quality, minimally processed ingredients. Our dough is cold-fermented over several days for better flavor and easier digestion. We make our sauces, dressings, and house meats (like our meatballs, sausage, and chicken sausage) from scratch. We grind our cheese in-house, hand-pull fresh mozzarella, and cook exclusively with extra virgin olive oil (no seed oils).
