Our Downtown Tucson Pilates studio offers convenient parking options, including a parking lot just south of our building, metered street parking along 6th Avenue, and free street parking just north of 6th Street. With class times typically running from around 6:30am to 8:00pm, it’s easy to fit a workout in before or after work. This location is ideal if you work downtown or attend the University of Arizona or Pima, and want a centrally located Pilates studio!

Friday Movement | Central is a modern reformer Pilates studio in Tucson, AZ, located at the corner of Grant Road and Swan Road. We offer modern Reformer Pilates classes in a fun, inclusive, and encouraging studio environment designed for all fitness levels.
Our Central Tucson Pilates studio features ample free parking in a large lot right in front of the studio, making it easy to stop in before or after work. We’re conveniently located near grocery stores and coffee shops. Our class schedule runs as early as 6:00am and as late as 7:30pm on our longest days, giving you flexible options to fit Pilates into your routine.
