Massage Therapist. My specialty is connective tissue work. This style of bodywork addresses myofascial tissue dysfunction. Myofascial tissue is a tissue that holds our bodies in their postural patterns. Other styles of massage therapy overlook this tissue, and focus instead on just muscular relief. While relaxing, other styles of bodywork do not address the underlying myofascial tissue that leads to discomfort and pain in the body. My work is deliberate, targeted, and seeks to unwind from the foundation of the issue.

My name is Joshua, I am a rehabilitative connective tissue Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in postural correction/awareness, pranayama (yoga breath work), cupping, athlete rehab/recovery, and nervous system regulation. I've worked as an LMT since 2019. My cross discipline study of yoga, connective tissue massage therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and breath work have given me the tools to help people feel their best selves. I help people stand taller, move better, and breathe easier. When booking, use code 10off60 to receive 10$ off a 60 minute massage, and use code 15off90 to receive 15$ off a 90 minute massage. Valid thru 7/31/23.
