Belle Starr was started in 2015 By Cas with the idea that a hair salon can provide so much more to our city than just hair services. in 2021 Emma Laehn took the reigns and it continues to be our goal to bring people together, to share kindness and friendship. We strive to create a space where you can feel safe and relaxed, focusing on accessibility, and gender affirming hair. We are constantly evolving, and always involving our local community including queer community outreach, events, and collaborations.
